6. International transfers

7. Retention

Las solicitudes no convertidas se conservan hasta 12 meses salvo solicitud de supresión. Los datos de clientes con obra aceptada se conservan durante los plazos legales y fiscales aplicables.

• • Unanswered enquiries: up to 12 months unless erasure is requested
• • Clients with accepted work, projects and invoices: the applicable legal and tax retention periods
• • WhatsApp/email conversations: for as long as they are needed for the relationship and legal obligations
• • Analytics cookies: as set out on the cookie page and its settings

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, and you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Write to contact@odoconstruccion.com.

9. Photos sent by the user

• • Users must have permission to send images of the property.
• • Photos are used to assess the work or the enquiry.
• • ODO Construcción will not publish private client photos without permission.
• • Project photos used publicly must be authorised and must avoid personal or private information.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: restricted access, admin panel authentication via Supabase, protection of the administration area, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row level security (RLS) policies on the database.
