Renovations without chaos in Barcelona.

Challenge: An 83 m² home with dated finishes and an outdated layout. The space needed a complete renovation to improve its look, functionality and sense of space. The goal was to turn it into a modern, bright home ready for everyday life, taking care of both the finishes and the technical execution.

Solution: We carried out a full renovation of the home, including demolition and preparation, resurfacing, updated services, building work, painting, new flooring, improved walls and ceilings, and final finishes. The look is clean and modern, making the most of natural light and leaving the spaces more open, bright and practical.

Challenge: A bathroom of about 5 m² in poor condition, with old tiling, damp stains, blackened grout, worn sanitaryware and furniture, exposed shower pipework and little sense of space. The goal was to turn a small, old space into a modern, clean, bright bathroom that is easy to maintain.

Solution: Complete removal of the existing fittings, preparation of walls and floor, new plumbing and electrical points, waterproofing of the shower area, light-toned ceramic tiling, a shower with a fixed glass screen, a recessed niche, a wall-hung wood-finish vanity, an LED mirror, a new toilet, taps and accessories.

Challenge: A 56 m² home in Barcelona with dated finishes, walls in poor condition and poorly used space. The goal was to completely renovate the interior, bring in more light, update the finishes and create a more modern, warm and practical home while keeping the space's original character.

Solution: We carried out a full renovation of the home, including preparation of walls and ceilings, building work, resurfacing, painting, new flooring, an updated kitchen, improved interior finishes and final touches. Special care went into combining modern elements with original details, such as the exposed timber ceiling, for a warmer result with real character.
